Shipping from :
- All orders are processed and shipped promptly from our EU headquarters in France.
- We are typically shipping on Tuesday and Thursday.

If you are placing an order from outside the European Union—such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland—please note that additional customs duties and taxes like VAT may apply according to your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before completing your purchase.
Delivery Time
- France: 4 working days
- Europe: 5 working days
- Worldwide: on average 7-10 working days (depending on location).
Order delivery
- Due to the shipment value, we only offer home delivery with proof of delivery as the shipping method. Relay delivery is not available when insurance is included.
