30-Day Commercial Return Policy
We offer a 30-day commercial return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return under this commercial policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the returned product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately through our contact form if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalized products and any other products for which an exception to the right of withdrawal applies under applicable law.

Gift cards cannot be returned. Any restriction concerning discounted or sale items applies only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law and does not affect mandatory statutory rights.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product once your return has been approved and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Independently of our 30-day commercial return policy, consumers in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within fourteen (14) days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.

You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically using the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
