We can assist far beyond Broodminder devices. We integrate our hardware with third-party equipment — or even your own — to build custom hybrid systems. Specialists in LoRa technology, we manage our own LNS servers and data processing units to converge all your data streams into a single, reliable platform.

🌸 Almond Pollination

In partnership with Vita BeeHealth and Washington State University, we are monitoring hive performance and forager activity during large-scale almond pollination events.
By combining real-time hive data with field observations, we help evaluate and improve Vita BeeHealth’s feeding products, providing true insight into their performance and guiding future product development.

🔬 Cabbage Seed Production

In close collaboration with Apipol and Houvet Semences, we support an advanced seed production project combining genetics, hive monitoring, and pollination optimization.
We monitored cabbage pollination across five greenhouse tunnels, conducting an A/B test comparing colonies fed with and without protein-enriched patties.

🥝 Kiwi Pollination

Our work in kiwi orchards began in 2021, where we deployed customized monitoring setups to track pollination and hive activity.
Since then, we have monitored the same site every year, using the data to drive continuous improvements — including the development of the Beecounter and the design of a specialized hive scale tailored specifically for this setup.
This long-term project has been key to improving pollination rates and advancing our monitoring technology.

Kiwi Pollination

🧑🔬 Beeclipse Citizen Science Project

The Beeclipse project began from a simple discussion with University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and Purdue University— and within just a few weeks, it grew into a large-scale citizen science initiative with 151 volunteer beekeepers across the USA.
We mobilized the Broodminder customer community, distributed Beedars with detailed protocols, and collected data to study hive behavior during the solar eclipse.

🌿 Beyond Beehive Monitoring: Resource Management

Our team's expertise goes far beyond bees.
At Son Blanc Menorca, a renowned agrotourism farm, we deployed a complete resource monitoring system to support their commitment to sustainability and innovation. Behind the farm’s peaceful landscape lies a sophisticated infrastructure, including photovoltaic electricity production, geothermal hot water systems, and other advanced installations.

Using a dedicated LoRa network, we monitor power and water consumption at 20 critical points, track reservoir levels, and geolocate cattle via GPS sensors — enabling real-time optimization of resources.
