BroodMinder-W5 is our latest hive scale, launching in autumn 2025. Built with a rugged all-aluminum construction and a single, temperature-compensated 200 kg load cell, it delivers both durability and accuracy.
Best designed for static apiaries where hive leveling can be controlled, the W5 is easy to install and similar in use to the BroodMinder-W. To ensure proper balance, a 60 mm wooden bar should be placed under the opposite end of the hive.
