- All orders are processed and shipped promptly from our EU headquarters in France.
Important Note for Shipments Outside the EU:
- If you are ordering from outside the European Union (e.g., the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, etc.), additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing your order.
Delivery Time
- France: 4 working days
- Europe: 5 working days
- Worldwide: on average 7-10 working days (depending on location).
Order delivery
- Due to the shipment value, we only offer home delivery with proof of delivery as the shipping method. Relay delivery is not available when insurance is included.
